2BookNow is booking software for small service businesses. You run everything from an app on your phone; your customers book on a page of your own at yourname.2booknow.com, with nothing to install and no account to create. It handles one-to-one appointments and capacity-limited group sessions in the same calendar.
Availability is worked out live from your hours, your services and everything already booked, so a double booking is refused by the database rather than caught after the fact. Confirmations, reminders and cancellation notices go out on their own, in your wording. There are no payments, no commission and no marketing email — deliberately, so the mail that matters keeps arriving.
